You are not dreaming, it’s a reality.” Our Seed plan stays free for life under fair-usage limits for storage, credits, and selected modules, which helps us sustainably manage AWS infrastructure costs. If a Grow or Enterprise subscription expires or a payment is missed, your workspace falls back to Seed instead of stopping. Some advanced features, storage capacity, automation limits, and service speeds may be reduced until the subscription is restored. To maintain smooth performance and availability, you may be advised to reduce stored data, archive records, or create backups when usage exceeds free monthly credit allocations. Free credits and storage quotas can be consumed quickly depending on system activity and uploaded data volumes.

How credits & limits work
Each online activity (for example, uploading a file or assigning a task) costs 10 credits. Exceeding plan limits triggers alerts and pauses uploads, so upgrade from Seed to Grow, or Grow to Enterprise. Billing occurs on the 2nd of each month, when activity and storage resume. For storage beyond 2 GB, a data bundle is required to avoid data loss; we recommend downloading backups or deleting unnecessary data.
Architect customization
The Architect customization of Vie Compliance Software starts at a one-time fee of $1,900. The final cost depends on the labor required, location, the complexity of your existing processes, and the extent of your digital transformation.
